Digital Certificate and SES Hospedajes Registration

Villa Check In will arrange to get you your digital certificate. Then, if required, we will use your digital certificate to register you and your property with the SES Hospedajes system.


Your data will never be shared with anyone other than our digital certificate authority and the Spanish Authorities.

Here is how the process works


  1. We will contact you for PDF copies of your NIE/DNI & Passport

  2. We then provide you with a contract for signing to issue your digital certificate (in Spanish and a transcript in English).

  3. The digital certificate will then be sent to you. Once received, please send it to us via email to info@villacheckin.com and we will proceed with the SES registration, if requested.

  4. Finally we will send you the SES confirmation email including your renter code, accommodation code and your web services user name and password if requested. Please note, we cannot provide support


PLEASE, WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE USE A PC (WINDOWS OR MAC)

DO NOT USE AN IPAD OR IPHONE. IT WILL FAIL AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE FOREVER!!!


The cost for this service is from €100 for a 1 year digital certificate & €45 per property for the SES Registration. We will invoice you after everything has been processed at the end of the month. All pricing excludes IGIC at 7%. See our price list for more digital certificate options.


NOTE: If you have multiple properties to be registered with the SES, add the first one to this form and email us the full name, address and bedroom count of subsequent properties info@villacheckin.com.


NOTE: The digital certificate will expire in 1 year from the date of issuance. If you would like to extend the term of the certificate, consult our price list for more details.
