Digital Certificate &/or Registration of you and your property with the SES Hospedajes

Villa Check In will arrange a video appointment (via LZT, our gestor) to get you your digital certificate (If you already have one, please send it to us via email with the password). Then we will use your digital certificate to register you and your property with the SES Hospedajes system. The data required for this needs to be provided in full.

The cost for this service is €100 for the digital certificate & €45 per property for the SES Registration. We will invoice you after everything has been processed at the end of the month.

NOTE: Once you receive your digital certificate and password from our gestor, please forward it to info@villacheckin.com so we can begin the SES registration process.

NOTE: If you require multiple properties to be registered with the SES, add the first one to this form and email us the full name and address of subsequent properties. If the properties have owners other than yourself, we'll also need the NIE of each owner info@villacheckin.com
