- Villa Check In provides comprehensive guest registration solutions for short-term rental owners in Spain. Services include digital certificates, SES Hospedajes registration, and a fully managed guest registration service. We can also secure Modelo 400's and VV Licenses (Canaries only).

2. What is the pricing for your services?
- Digital certificates cost €100 and expire after one year. SES registration is €45 per property, excluding 7% IGIC. The booking charges are:
- 1/2 bedrooms: €15.00 per arrival/booking
- 3/4 bedrooms: €18.00 per arrival/booking
- 5+ bedrooms: €20.00 per arrival/booking
- We also offer bulk discounts to Property Managers with 10+ properties

- Villa Check In is the only provider offering a fully managed guest registration service in Spain, unlike competitors who offer self-service apps.

6. What is the SES Hospedajes system, and why is it important?
- From December 2nd 2024, all holiday rental property owners in Spain must register with the SES Hospedajes system to comply with Spanish law. Villa Check In can manage this process for you, ensuring seamless compliance.

7. What happens if my property is currently registered with the Guardia Civil?
- From December 2nd 2024, the Guardia Civil and National Police registration systems are non-compliant. These systems do not offer a transfer service, so you will need to start from scratch. Villa Check In can assist with this process.

8. How does the guest registration process work with Villa Check In?
- Guests can easily check in through our portal, where they can view booking details and complete registration. We handle the secure transmission of guest details to the SES system within 24 hours of their arrival.

9. What should I do if I find the registration process complex?
- Villa Check In offers a complete managed service, including property registration with the SES system, allowing you to focus on property management and guest enjoyment.
